How to start a return

    Include your order number + reason

    Pop your Order Number and a brief reason for the return in your email.

    Wait for instructions

    Our team will respond with exactly how to proceed. Please do not send items back to us without first contacting support.

    Refund to your original payment

    Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll work quickly to send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act, which protect you if products are faulty, damaged, or not as described - even after 60 days or if opened.

How long until I see the refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email to confirm and process the refund. Allow 5-10 business days for it to appear on your statement, back on your original payment method.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Can I exchange my order for a different flavour?

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to follow the return process for a refund, then place a new order for the item you'd like.
