This isn't your average returns policy. We want you to actually use our products and see the results for yourself. If you change your mind about your order within 60 days, have not opened it, and are willing to return it, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return under our 60-Day Results Guarantee or for any other issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@getswoleys.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
  2. Please include your Order Number and a brief reason for the return in your email.
  3. Our team will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send items back to us without first contacting support.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly to send out a replacement at no additional cost to you.

This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act, which protect you if products are faulty, damaged, or not as described—even after 60 days or if opened.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If your return is approved under our guarantee, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
