    You order

    Order placed. Confirmation email fires. Cut-off for same-day queueing: 2:00 PM NZST.

  2. DAY 1-2

    We pack

    Processed in 24-48 hours (3-5 days during peak). Mon-Fri only. Closed weekends + NZ public holidays.

  3. DAY 2-3

    It ships

    Tracking link emailed. Allow up to 24 hours for first scan. Couriers: NZ Couriers (NZ), FedEx (AU).

  4. DAY 3-6

    It lands

    NZ North Island 1 day. South Island 2-3. AU Metro 1-3. AU Remote up to 6. Rural adds a couple more.

Email sales@getswoleys.com ASAP with your order number. If it hasn't shipped we'll fix it. Once it's with the courier, it's with the courier.

Parcel lost or tracking stalled?

Email sales@getswoleys.com with your order number and we'll chase it up with the courier.

Out of stock or placing a bulk order?

Stock-out: you'll be notified within 24 hours with a restock estimate or refund option. Bulk orders may require extra processing - please reach out ahead of time if you're placing a large order.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

We can't accommodate requested delivery dates. All orders are dispatched as soon as they're ready, based on your place in the queue.

Is express available in NZ?

Not currently.

What about public holidays?

We don't ship on NZ public holidays. Orders placed just before or during holidays may experience slight delays.

Wrong address on my order?

Contact us ASAP at sales@getswoleys.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to fix it - but changes cannot be made once the parcel is dispatched.
