Shipping Policy
At Swoleys, we’re committed to shipping your performance gummies fast and reliably. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Westgate, Auckland.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of placement. During peak periods or sales events, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZST are prioritised for faster processing, but we do not guarantee same-day dispatch.
Shipping Days
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday only. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Shipping to New Zealand
- North Island: 1 business day
- South Island: 2–3 business days
- Rural Areas: Add 1–3 extra business days
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 NZD
- Courier: NZ Couriers
- Express Shipping: Not currently offered
Shipping to Australia
- Metro Areas: 1–3 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–6 business days
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 AUD via DHL
- Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Actual cost may vary depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. Couriers used: NZ Couriers (NZ), DHL (AU).
Incorrect Address Policy
Entered the wrong address? Contact us ASAP at support@getswoleys.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it — but changes cannot be made once the parcel is dispatched.
Stock-outs & Bulk Orders
If an item is out of stock, you’ll be notified within 24 hours with a restock estimate or refund option. Bulk orders may require extra processing time — please reach out ahead of time if you're placing a large order.
Public Holidays
We do not ship on NZ public holidays. Orders placed just before or during holidays may experience slight delays.
Delivery Date Requests
We cannot accommodate requested delivery dates. All orders are dispatched as soon as they are ready, based on your place in the queue.
